Three Ways to Keep Your Clients Happy


1.) Be punctual. Being on time not only validates you as a professional, but it can reduce stress as well. Prepare yourself with all the needed materials 15-30 minutes before she arrives. Your client will feel important, and you’ll be seen as the pro that you are.

2.) Good communication. Remember to ask good questions, then listen very well. Pay attention to how your co-workers interact with their clients. Ask yourself if their interactions are something you admire or something that puts you in shock. Watching others can help you become more aware of your own languages and communication habits.

3.) Number 3 builds on number 2, which is to communicate to understand your clients’ style and desired look. With that understanding must follow creativity. One of the main reasons clients switch stylists was because they wanted something different or what they perceived to be as better. Don’t feel overwhelmed by this. If you can offer your client a new style every season, they will think you’re a genius. That’s four new looks, one every quarter of the calendar year  Don’t bore your people with the same old’ look. Keep your clients and stay in business.
